Indeed, our God is faithful and just!
He kept you and your family from January till May, he protected you and defended you in your going out, in your coming in.
If things are not working the way you expected them to work, He is the reason why the situation is not too bad, actually, He is the reason why the situation have not gone out of control.
You have every reason to give Him thanks, the Bible says in 1 Thessalonians chapter 5 verse 18
“In everything give thanks…“

Our Prophetic Focus for the month of May 2021 is THE WORD
The Bible makes us to understand that Jesus Christ is the Word of God.
” And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us,”
John 1:14
In Genesis chapter 1 verse 2 The Bible says the earth was without form and it was void, that means the world was empty, void of structures and living creatures.
God called forth everything we see in this world today by the Word of his mouth.
In Psalms 138 verse 2, the Bible says
“…for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.“
That means no matter what name you call God in praise and Worship, His Word is still greater and stands strong than all those name.
In Hebrews chapter 6 verse 18 the Bible says
“That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:”
God can not lie and God does not lie to any man.
In 1 Samuel 15 verse 29
The Bible says
“And also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor repent: for he is not a man, that he should repent.“
It is men that tell lies out of fear, out of intimidation, out of foolishness or any reason best known to them, you can not arrest God, you cannot confine Him so He is not compelled to lie to you.
His Word is yea and Amen!
2 Corinthians 1:20
If God tells you or promises to do something for you, He will surely do it, wait for it, be patient, it will surely manifest.
Genesis 17:4, Genesis 18:14
The Bible speaking in the book of John chapter 1 verse 12
“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:“
Once, you accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour, you automatically become a child of God.
The Bible says in Psalms 82 verse 6
“…Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.“
A child of a dog is a dog, a child of a goat is a goat therefore a child of God is a god.
In Proverbs chapter 18 verse 21 the Bible says
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.“
As a child of God, either you know it or not, either you believe it or not, there is power in your tongue.
In Job chapter 22 verse 23, the Bible says
“Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee:“
When you open your mouth and ascribe negative things to yourself all in the name of saying it as you see it, all in the name of being sincere with yourself, the Bible says in Ecclesiastics chapter 5 verse 6
“Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands?”
The fundamental reason why you are going through oppression and affliction, the reason why your situation has refused to changed is your tongue, your mouth.
After, you have prayed and fasted, all because you have not seen the physical manifestation of your prayers, you start cancelling, uprooting and destroying all the seed you have sown in prayer, you start using your own mouth to divert your blessings and put a stop to your breakthrough.
The Bible says in Philipians chapter 4 verse 8
“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”
As a child of God, as a born again Christian, you need to forget about the way you used to speak when you were in the world, you need to change your mentality, your needs to learn how to speak the way the children of God speak in this new kingdom you are if you want to see a change in your situation, in the situation of your children and in your family.
It’s time to learn and choose to say the right and positive words irrespective of your situation.
When you speak positive words, your give life to your situation, you propel, you energize and channel your situation in the direction of your tongue.
I pray, you will not use your mouth to destroy your seed and the good things God has planted and is doing in your life in the name of Jesus.
The Bible says in Hebrews chapter 10 verse 36
“For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.“
Shalom! Shalom! Shalom!
