You are welcome to the Month of March Edition of Elshaddal Heritage
We thank God for His goodness, mercies, and faithfulness in our lives and our families. He saw us through the beginning of the year into this new month of March He shielded us, provided for us, sheltered us, and many more. We also thank God for His faithfulness in our outreaches.
Our spiritual focus for the month of March is PEACE.
What does PEACE mean? A state of Tranquility Harmony, Unity, Togetherness, Security, Well being, and Prosperity.
Peace is the path we take to bring growth and prosperity to society. If we do not have peace and harmony, achieving political strength, economic stability, and cultural growth will be impossible. Moreover, before we transmit the notion of peace to others, it is vital for us to possess peace within.
Our anchor verses are:-Isaiah 26 Vs 3 You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast because they trust in you.
To enjoy Peace we must trust in the Lord.
God is the one who give peace,He said in his word
John 14 :27 “Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Don’t let your heart be troubled or fearful.”
To be honest with ourselves when you look at the world you will see worried, sorrow, tribulations, problems, calamity, the language of the world is WAR it’s only God that speaks PEACE.
He says to be calm.
Be Focus
Be at ease
Do not get agitated
Don’t lose your head on things that do not matter.
Be of Good courage am in charge.
I have given unto you my Peace.
The PEACE of God that passeth every Human understanding.
we therefore must seek Peace at all times. Ps 34 :14 Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.”
In biblical language, peace has several meanings, such as physical and spiritual well-being, or harmony among individuals and peoples. Above all, however, it is a gift from God, through which we discover his fatherly presence.
That is why, in order to experience true peace, we need to be passionate and persevering in seeking God in our lives.
We can do our part, in seeking God, by following the voice of our conscience. This always urges us to choose the path of goodness and not the path of evil. Often it is enough to let God find us, as he has been searching for each one of us since time began.
Through baptism, we Christians already have a close relationship with Jesus. He is the God who is near and who has promised us peace; he himself is peace. We have received the gift of the Holy Spirit, the Comforter, who also helps us to share with others the fruits of God’s peace that we have experienced. He will show us how to love the people around us and so overcome conflicts by avoiding unfounded allegations, superficial judgments and gossip. In this way, our hearts will open to accept others.
We may not be able to silence all the guns that bring bloodshed to so many parts of the world. However, we can take the initiative in giving new life to people around us.
Romans18:12 “Do all that you can to live in peace with everyone“
.
Pro:- 12:20,“Deceit is in the hearts of those who plot evil, but those who promote peace have joy“
Corinthians 14:33 New International Version
33 “For God is not a God of disorder but of peace—as in all the congregations of the Lord’s people.“
The importance of PEACE in the development and growth of a society and in the lives of Christians can’t be over-emphasized.
Here👇 we have reasons why we must allow PEACE and live in PEACE in our society.
1, it promotes peaceful co-existence among people.
2, it brings about happiness, joy, and long lives
3, it brings about the development, growth, and progress of a society.
4, it promotes tolerance and understanding in society.
5, it removes fear, anxiety, and chaos
6, it encourages international trade, competition, and relationships
In conclusion, Christians must live and promote PEACE always and irrespective of what condition, situation, or circumstances we found ourselves in when they speak WAR we should give them PEACE only by this can we prove and show them that we are the children of light.
Mathew 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.
I, therefore, speak PEACE to our lives, society, and the country at large.
I pray for peace in all our outreach and in Feeding all nation through Jesus Christ Organisation.
May the PEACE of Lord Jesus abide with us. Amen
Shalom!
